I only stayed for one night
The owners were looked at us and treated us like we did not belong there. The lied about the distance to the beach. It is actually 5 or 6 kilometers and the taxi automatically charges 50 pesos. The jacuzzi is just a tub in the room, no jets no massage and it was broken. (We did get a partial refund for this). The intercontinental breakfast was not offered to us but it was only burnt toast. We were offered coffee. The woman working there refused to acknowledge us when we spoke to her. (We do speak Spanish). I could not wait to get out of there. The area of town it is in is shabby with very little around it.

Family-friendly hotel in a downtown area next to the centre of Tulum. Quiet ambiance in a very central setting. Good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

our stay at this place was perfect! the hosts were charming and helpful. they instructed us on how to get everywhere and had amazing tips for experiencing the true, natural beauty of tulum. it was romantic, peaceful and again- perfect! thank you.
you should know that the place is not located on the beach but it's only a 5 minute taxi ride from the most beautiful beach on earth. we actually enjoyed exploring the city.. it's a minute away from the main avenue which is filled with charming restaurants and small clubs.. food, drinks, music...

It's so lovely hotel, good breakfast. It's in the central of town, and close to Ado bus station,5 minutes. Owner is so helpful. They gave us the information about nice beach that we can swim with wild dolphin, and beautiful cenote near coba ruin. I'd like to visit tulm again, and stay at this hotel.
No hair dryer

The hotel was charming and fairly clean. the location was the best possible. the team was helpful and excellent, they made me feel welcome. the room had a balcony, climate control, a writing desk, and a private entrance. the property was not far from the center and Tulum's main avenue with stores, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The wonderful staff, the amazingly beautiful and spacious room, the location in town - perfect for being in the center but not in the "center of noise" - a cheap taxi drive to the beach. I loved the place!
There was not anything I did not like - I will go back again next time in Tulum.

The layout of the room is quite nice.
I had a very uncomfortable stay at Lo Nuestro Petit Hotel, to the point where I did not even end up staying the last night there even though I had pain in full on the first night. The couple who own it, were extremely rude when I invited a couple of friends back to my room (in the day time) for an hours- insinuating that we had intensions to take drugs in the room. Later that night when I wanted a friend to stay it was not 'allowed' and my amigo was removed from my room. Even though I had paid for a room for two people. Also extremely overpriced for what you get.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel and I must say, I was impressed. the location was fantastic, situated on a quiet side road just off the main drag, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms had a nice Mexican touch to them with their cozy furnishings, and I especially appreciated the small balcony which offered a lovely view of the surrounding area. All in all, a delightful experience!
No major issues, everything was just fine.

It is a cute place, nicely decorated, and the proprietress is charming and helpful.
The stairs are small and rickety, hard for older people to climb and difficult to carry large or heavy bags upstairs.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
